Platform
Travel Token Marketplace (TTM) creates a digital layer for customer journeys where people, brands, existing systems and digital services are intelligently connected.
The Vision
Customer expectations have changed.
They want information exactly when it is relevant. They expect simple digital experiences instead of complicated processes and want to stay connected with companies without constantly installing new apps or registering again.
At the same time, companies often work with a large number of individual systems that are only loosely connected. Valuable data, services and touchpoints remain separated and potential goes unused.
Travel Token Marketplace (TTM) creates a digital layer for customer journeys where people, brands, existing systems and digital services are intelligently connected.
Developed for the complex requirements of tourism. Designed for digital business models in every industry.
This creates connections from which new services, customer experiences and possibilities can grow.
Not more systems. More from what is already there.
But why are digital customer experiences still unnecessarily complicated today?
Why Companies Are Held Back Today
Companies invest in numerous digital solutions. CRM, customer cards, newsletters, apps, vouchers, tickets, loyalty programmes and payment systems each fulfil their own purpose.
But they often work alongside each other instead of together.
For customers, this creates media breaks, duplicate registrations and unnecessary barriers. For companies, it means more complexity, higher administrative effort and untapped potential across the entire customer journey.
Individual solutions are not the problem. What is missing is the intelligent connection between them.
This is exactly where TTM comes in.
Existing systems, services and digital touchpoints can be connected. Individual solutions become a customer journey that brings information, services and added value together.
Fewer silos. More connection.
What if all these systems did not need to be replaced, but could simply be intelligently connected?
The Digital Layer
TTM was originally developed for the requirements of tourism. Today, TTM creates a digital layer where people, brands, existing systems and digital services are intelligently connected.
Existing structures can stay. New possibilities are added.
Depending on the use case, the modular TTM building blocks can be used individually or connected with one another: Token, AI Smart Token, Travel Token Marketplace, Multi Card, Hospitality Card, Loyalty Card, Travel Token Payment and Travel Token Messenger.
Each building block performs a specific task. Together, they can create customer journeys that follow your requirements, grow with your ideas and can be expanded at any time.
Individual information, services and added value become digital experiences that accompany customers and open up new possibilities for companies.
No longer individual solutions.
A digital layer for everything your customer journey makes possible.
But how does this digital layer become concrete solutions for companies, partners and customers?
Connections Become Experiences
Every company is different. Processes, systems, partners and customer relationships have evolved in different ways.
That is why TTM does not prescribe a fixed customer journey.
Existing systems and services can be integrated, digital building blocks added and new possibilities connected.
The result is a customer journey based on the actual requirements of your company.
From the first contact through booking, stay or use to long-term customer loyalty, information, services and added value can be provided digitally exactly where they become relevant.
And when requirements change, the customer journey simply grows with them.
You decide what your customer journey needs.
TTM connects what needs to come together.
And the best part: existing systems do not need to be replaced.
Connect Instead of Replace
Digital transformation does not mean rebuilding everything.
TTM connects existing systems, services and data on a shared digital layer. This enables new customer journeys without replacing existing structures.
CRM, booking and reservation systems, payment, loyalty and other existing solutions can remain part of the customer journey.
Interfaces connect relevant information and processes where they are needed.
And the digital layer remains open for what comes next.
New services, partners or business models can be added without having to rethink the entire existing infrastructure.
What already works, stays.
What was separated can be connected.
What emerges tomorrow can be added.
How these connections are created technically remains invisible to your customers. The possibilities do not.
How TTM Works
It does not start with technology.
It starts with the question: What do you want to make possible for your customers?
Provide information. Offer a service. Issue a ticket or voucher. Build long-term customer loyalty. Personalise offers or connect different services.
TTM turns this into a digital experience and connects the building blocks, systems and processes required.
Information, documents, tickets, customer cards, services, offers and individual added value can be provided digitally along the customer journey.
Content can be updated and delivered depending on user, location, time or situation.
For customers, it stays simple:
No additional TTM app. No new registration. Digital services where customers need them: directly on their smartphone.
Behind every digital experience is a clear process:
Digital content, services or added value are created and configured for the relevant use case.
The digital token is generated and uniquely provided.
The token reaches the customer and becomes part of their digital customer journey.
Benefits, services or added value can be used and redeemed.
After its intended use, the token can be ended or removed from the active process.
Usage and interactions become measurable and create valuable insights for future customer journeys.
And although TTM connects complex processes in the background, only one thing remains visible in the foreground: your brand.

Security & Integrations
Digital customer journeys connect people, companies, partners, systems and data.
To turn this into reliable digital experiences, a technological foundation is needed that combines security with openness.
TTM is designed to integrate into existing digital structures. Interfaces allow existing systems and services to be connected and relevant information to be made available where it is needed within the customer journey.
TTM therefore remains open to existing solutions and to whatever comes next.
TTM uses a decentralised technological infrastructure and blockchain-based processes to map digital content and transactions securely and transparently.
The code originated in the Camino Network, where it was developed to production-ready status for transactions between major travel companies. TTM is continuing to maintain this tried-and-tested technological foundation under the LGPLv3 open-source licence and is constantly developing it further.
No more data is processed than is required for the respective use case.
Companies retain their existing systems and processes. TTM creates the connection between them and the digital services that emerge from them.
Open to existing systems.
Secure in the connection.
Flexible for new possibilities.
TTM is not designed to replace existing IT landscapes.
CRM, booking and reservation systems, payment solutions, loyalty systems and other digital services can be integrated via interfaces.
This allows companies to continue using their existing infrastructure while developing new digital customer journeys.
What already works remains part of the solution.
